Positives:
We had our two dogs with us and we were able to eat dinner with them on the patio. The location was excellent, we could walk to the Falls both in the afternoon and again after we ate. The location was well worth the cost.
Negatives:
The rooms were cold. I one room the air was completely shut off so the room warmed up, the second room it was cool, the third room we tried to turn up the heat and asked for blankets, the blankets were thin sheet blankets, not warm. So we were still cold.

The price range was adequate/ fair for the room, the room was nice& comfortable.There was a refrigerator, but I did not see a microwave.
Niagra Falls was a very close walk from the hotel, my family& I Appreciated this.We would stay here again.

The Breakfast was a Terriffic Spread, some hotels offer free breakfast.Paid for the breakfast& was nice not to have to leave to search for breakfast.

Breakfast was good and the staff was respectful and helpful. We asked for a room with a view of the falls and the staff was able to accommodate.
Negatives:
The couch in the room was great to have but it really wasn’t comfortable to sit on for an extended period of time because of the pull out bed under the cushions.
