Positives:
Spa water in the afternoon, coffee, tea, and fruit in the morning. Fabulous meals in the restaurant, and very nice ambience! Had a grain bowl with salmon for dinner, it was delicious, well-priced, and too much food! I would have liked to have seen a quicker and more affordable breakfast option on the menu, however when I asked if they could just do an egg sandwich as I was in a rush, they quickly made the most beautiful and delicious egg sandwich I've ever had! (I love them, but didn't know they could be attractive lol.) They only charged me $8, which was nice too. Staff was so nice and friendly and accommodating.
Negatives:
I would have loved to have seen coffee/tea in the afternoon/evening. Though your lobby offerings are so nice I hate to be greedy. :-)

First night we couldn’t sleep because the ducts were making noises and the AC unit was so loud it sounded like an airplane is about to take off, second night they had a party and the music was so loud we called front desk they said they can’t do anything anything about it and the party will end at 11 pm so kids couldn’t sleep until then. In the morning we went downstairs to have breakfast as we paid extra to include breakfast in our stay, they said they are not serving breakfast because they are doing Mother’s Day brunch. They were so rude and didn’t let us in and didn’t offer to refund us, I had to go talk to the front desk which they gave the same answer “sorry we are doing Mother’s Day brunch” so we just have to accept it, I insisted on getting my refund for the breakfast because what happened is not right. I think the hotel is more like an event venue rather than a hotel because their events come first than their hotel guests. Never going back.

how are you guys gonn say you have complimentary breakfast but charge me $25 for a “travelers fee”??? I messaged y’all about a week or two before my reservation and I asked if there were any hidden fees and you guys said no, but when i show up, i get charged an extra $50. It’s honestly fine, but when someone asks if there’s any extra fees, y’all should probably be honest and communicate with your consumer

I was very impressed with the hotel staff. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Another huge plus was that this hotel welcomed our dog. The hotel was conveniently located off the highway, and although our room faced the highway, the room was cozy and quiet.
