Upon returning to hotel after many hours being out, the wood door was damaged by the lock. Seems that someone tried to break in. Called front desk and was told the night mgr wouldbe advised. Never had any contact or follow up with ANYBODY.
Part of coffee pot was missing. Called downstairs. They brought a cup of coffee but never replaced missing part.
Requested cleaning of room on a daily basis. We stayed 5 nights and only once, on the 4th day did we get room cleaned.
Beds are way too soft.
Lighting very bright, no option for dim lights.

Check in process took way too long with an inexperienced staff member. Asked for a cc for “incidentals” and at check out that card was charged the full rate of our rooms even though we had already paid thru booking.com. Called the property when we discovered the charge and they told us it would take a week to refund our money!
