Positives:
After checking into the first room we found blood on the wall, damaged shower head, shower curtain rod, lamp shades, dresser and microwave. The TV didn’t work either. When we notified management he did have us in a new, better room within 10 minutes. The hotel was accommodating for pets.
Negatives:
The entire place smelled like cigarettes, the breakfast was sad, stale cereal, some bagels and English muffins, bruised fruit, and a waffle station that was usually preoccupied by a woman who was trying to feed birds. The grounds were dirty, trash everywhere. The employees appeared to have lived there and treated it that way. There was often someone just outside the side door working on a car that was sitting on ramps. The hotel lost power for a brief period of time but it was still sketchy considering there was no apparent cause for it. When I asked the desk clerk if I could speak to the manager about changing my room he sent me to another hotel room where the manager was staying instead of calling the manager to the desk, that was a little uncomfortable. We didn’t get any turndown service for our 4 night stay. No toilet paper, no clean towels, beds never made etc. The pet fee was disclosed upon arrival as $20 per night but it had to be in cash meanwhile there was no atm on the property.

First room had maybe 100 dead or dying cockroaches. Second room had food and dirt everywhere, but we stayed. Second day we could not get back into our room and neither could MGMT until they pried the lock apart. So third room had been stripped of lightbulbs, lights, hair dryer, TV remote. Horrible stay, could not get out of there fast enough.

Beds in room were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was great.

Room was a little messy, didn’t have coffee for the coffee maker that was in the room. Only one trash can which was in the bathroom.
