We booked a room with 2 queens beds on purpose. when we checked in, they told us they did not have any more rooms with 2 queen beds and that they were "upgrading" us to a suite. This was not an upgrade because we needed two different beds...not 1 bed and a pull out that we got. We did not want a pull out- we wanted a 2nd bed. This is disappointing because we booked 2 queen beds and they did not honor it.

The housekeeper came into the room before 8 am even though the do not disturb sign was on the door.

The property was clean and the staff were amazing. Beds were really comfortable. The hot water was fantastic. I love that it has a little marketplace where you can purchase small items to munch on. The coffee was amazing. Breakfast at the buffet was always replaced with fresh food.
Negatives:
Not enough parking spaces to accommodate guest. We had to park across the street. Though the price for an all you can eat buffet was reasonable, doing that for a family larger than 4 can be costly so a free complimentary breakfast should be included with your stay. Substantial amount of trash bags provided in the rooms
