The cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms are stale and dingy. The first room I was in had an offensive perfumed smell. I think it was a deodorizer which is concerning; what are they trying to cover up. Within a few minutes I was having an allergic reaction. I switched rooms and the second room had a slight trace of the odor but it was bearable. I dont think anyone had used or cleaned the second room in a while though because there was a layer of dust on the surfaces. There was a staleness to the room, the carpets looked worn and dirty, the pillow cases were wrinkled, and pillows were thin, bed springy, and sheets had snags and runs in the threading.
