The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. I love the exterior as well as the lobby, beautiful architecture.
Negatives:
In my room, I have to shower curtain was dirty, and the sheets kept coming off of the bed. It was not worse the cost of the room per se, the appearance of the room. I also was not told about the $150 deposit that was charged on my credit card that probably should’ve been made aware of from the beginning.

We’re relatively frequent visitors, we’re happy to be at Garden Place, it’s the only hotel we stay at in Buffalo.
Negatives:
It was a bad experience. We were assigned to room 133 on the first floor; we unpacked, stocked our fridge, changed clothes and found that the TV didn’t work. I called the front desk and was told we were in the wrong room and had to go to room 113. We then repacked, removed our belongings from the fridge and relocated to room 313. (As an aside; there was no offer to assist us in any way as if this process was normal) We then organized ourselves in room 323 only to find we had no WiFi. I called the front desk; the girl informed me that the reception in our area was not good. She said she would reboot the system but we accepted that we were without WiFi for our stay.

I had a jacuzzi suit, 120$ a night + 150$ for key deposit. The hallways look very nice but also screaming "look, we want to look luxury". The staff wasn't friendly or helpful when I was checking in. The jacuzzi had dead bugs and dirt in it (I started the water before noticing the dirt). I won't come back here even for 30$
As a cherry on top - the building sewage is going through the walls of my room, so i can hear every time someone flushes the water

Very nice hotel in a very convenient location with easy access to various place both in and out of the city. There were so many places to eat in the area.
The hotel was lovely and the staff were very helpful. My wife loved the spa tub in the room.
The pillows were amazing, so full and fluffy.

I had a room on the 3rd floor, but some of the rooms on the 1st floor face the parking.
I have arrived late (around 23:00) and parked my car facing a room window. Couldn't think I'm bothering with my lights someone sleeping. Make sure to ask a room on a higher floor or ask for a room that doesn't face the parking.
