Staff were all friendly, cleaning of our room was great. The amenities in the room were great full size fridge/microwave/dishes
Negatives:
Bed was uncomfortable (alot!) Pillows were also horrible, ended up getting harder ones from a staff member. The floors were crap, could hear people walking , even the hall floors creaked and were quite loud. Was hard to walk even in the room without feeling like the under floor customers would complain

Location was great, easy to get about Buffalo from location of stay.
Room was comfortable and spacious enough.
Negatives:
Combining the HILTON Tru and Home 2 Suites front desks seemed chaotic for guests and staff. We arrived early at 2 PM and the process still seemed disorganized. It may be a cost cutting measure for HILTON, but very quickly there was a major back up of guests so we left and returned later to check in.
Beds were OK, but not the best. Our first and last time staying with this part of the Hilton chain. We've had much better experience with Hilton Gardens over the years!
Breakfast was OK, but again, there was a major back up both mornings of our stay. Design and layout made it difficult for guests and staff (who were doing their level best to keep up with demand).
