Negatives: There's a staff from the kitchen aguy wearing glasses with blue t-shirt who showed me attitude, I gave him coffee to warm it for me but never brought it back to me and he could see me waiting. Myb coz am black I just didn't like it I just went back to my room that's ignorance. But one good thing the lady and the guys at the reception they are very welcoming I liked it

Negatives: Pillows. When I ask for additional pillows, I was told they did not have any. I was then given a comforter and told to see if that helped!! Shame on you Hilton for associating your name with this place!

Positives: The property was clean. The room smelled fresh. Coffee and tea were available at all times in the lobby. The staff members at the front desk were attentive and pleasant. We felt safe lodging at this hotel; the surrounding area is great with gas stations, restaurants, and a huge mall.
Negatives: The breakfast foods were a bit salty for my taste, especially the Western omelette and apple sausage patties. I reserved three rooms for a girls getaway and it was made under one reservation. The website says $250 for incidentals. I was under the impression that since the rooms were under one reservation that I would be charged for $250. I was charged $150 per room. I should have been informed prior to my visit. The hotels website states that there would be a complimentary 5-mile shuttle bus for guests. The desk clerk informed me that there used to be a shuttle before COVID-19. Incorrect information puts a bad taste in the mouths of those expecting whatever the site states.
