TV was not working well. I contacted the front desk, the female said she would get someone to look at TV after 8a, I had to call again because she obviously did not pass the message on. It was replaced with a new one. Nice tech and asked my husband to assist him putting the new one up (on wall), of course husband helped. It took our time up In getting ready (shower, dressing etc). Easily another room would have corrected the issue. Tech left our room on emergency three times. Again, it set us back hours of our schedule. Greetings from front desk would have been nice as we went back and fourth at the property. Overall stay, for the amount was not up to par. Do better.
