I thought our pillows were too soft. I didn't realize this was animal friendly hotel which is fine, except two nights we could hear a dog barking for extended periods of time.

Super clean, very welcoming environment, we had a room on the bottom floor and it was very spacious! The breakfast was great, not like normal hotel breakfast that’s soggy and cold. 10/10 would recommend!

We didn't last more than 10 minutes in this place. The room they assigned us smelled terrible. Whenever we contacted the front desk, the only solution they provided for us was a Clorox disinfecting spray. WE LEFT! No way we will pay to stay in a room and bed with such a terrible smell, it stank.

Room condition, looks outdated and smelly. Front desk attention provided facing our discomfort.

Was a great place to stay for a long weekend with our dog. The free shuttle into downtown and the River Arts district was great to ensure we didn't have to always drive. It was close to the freeway to get onto the Blue Ridge and go hiking and the morning breakfast was an added highlight.

Due to several sports clubs, the breakfast room was so overcrowded that there was no way to eat breakfast. Even the floor in the foyer was completely occupied with sitting students.
