It is located in an upscale industrial park. Its exterior is better than I expected.

They're lagging in their maintenance. Repairs were needed. Also, the hotel industry needs to make breakfast available longer; maybe until 10 am. Not all guests are business people. I would appreciate the option to sleep a little later. Thank you.

This was probably one of the worst experiences Ive had in a La Quinta. Upon arrival, I was sent up to a room that had not been flipped from the previous guest. I went down, was sent back up to a different room that was dirty, TV was still on, it had also not been flipped. However, the last room was the worst (room 225). Upon further investigation, it looked like there had been an altercation, or worse in this room before I came in. I had to fight to get one of the bathroom doors to open. There were dents in the all, consistent with a fight, looks like dry blood in the carpet, the bed and desk were also knocked off center, and the bed had a huge dip in it. There looked to be dry blood on the wall. The floor has a cold sticky feeling to it, and it just felt unsafe. I could not sleep there; I ended up sleeping in my car; the night was very stressful and inconvenient. I tried explaining the state of this to one of the employees only to be dismissed. Later, my key card then stopped working and I had to go up and try new keys 6x before the attendant came and unlocked the door. I ultimately checked out early; I was uncomfortable being in that room. I wish I could just get my money back for at least half of my trip.
