Positives:
Rooms were very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great and front desk was nice.
Negatives:
I had to ask 4 times for a crib. Seemed to be a lot of disconnect between the front desk and facilities. I even paid for early checkin and it didn’t matter because I couldn’t nap my baby anyway. Room was tired looking and shower head fell off the wall when I went into the shower. I stayed in a handicap room so was huge but a lot pricier.

Positives:
-good location, close drive to UNC campus, downtown chapel hill, major highways, drive/walk to small neighborhood with coffeeshop and few shops and restaurants nearby.
-clean and comfortable room.
-breakfast was okay, good fruit, cereals, pasteries, yogurt. hot choices not as good.
- friendly and helpful staff.
Negatives:
-pool was not open, had not yet passed inspection for season. was disappointing as it was very warm during our stay and we had hoped to use it.
- sorry, breakfast "eggs" were truly awful and inedible.

Comfortable, convenient, reasonable
Positives:
The rooms were good and spacious and we slept well. The breakfast was enjoyed by the whole family. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
We had a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The bed was not made up on check in and we had to get the sheets and do so ourselves. We also had to get fresh towels from reception whenever needed. Also the rooms are not cleaned daily, around every 4 days.
