ROOM WAS GREAT. GOOD BREAKFAST. GOOD LOCATION, WE WALKED TO RESTAURANTS AND THE SPECTRUM CENTER FOR A CONCERT.
Negatives:
PARKING IN THE GARAGE (LEVEL 4B) WAS CONVENIENT BUT THE ENTRANCE TO THE ELEVATOR WAS A LITTLE CONFUSING. HAD TO CALL FRONT DESK TO GET BETTER DIRECTIONS.

We were very happy with the accomodations. The hotel was very clean and the parking garage was a breeze (unlike many of the hotels in Uptown Charlotte). We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Lots of choices and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The toilet was extremely low. Due to a recent back injury, it was more difficult to use. The mattress could have been a little more comfortable as well.
