I started seeing bugs in my room. They look like roaches. I called the front desk and they sent someone in to spray. I think I paid to much money to even see bugs in my room at all. Normally when I stayed here I have never had this issue, but I paid more money than usual. Not happy with that.

The atmosphere, location and the accommodations were very good. Not very close to activities but nothing Uber can't fix for under $20 each way

The front desk staff wasn't thorough. Didn't give any pointers about the property nor the room, she just threw the key card on the counter. There were events close by, but they didn't even care to advise of anything that might be of interest. We were told there would be robes and slippers in the upgraded room we purchased, but there was only one robe, no slippers.

Check in ppl have no customer service. The trainee was very courteous and helpful. However the lady training her and the young guy also helping was very disrespectful. Aside from the disrespect at check in other than the trainee, everyone else was great.
