The location was perfect based on the venue we were going to.

I didn’t like the non or miscommunication between employees. I called several times to verify I would be checking in on early Friday morning despite booking my room for Thursday check in. I even called Thursday evening to confirm that it wouldn’t be an issue, only to have my reservation canceled and my pay rescinded. I ended up getting my room but had to pay out of pocket when it was covered previously.

I loved the shuttle drivers. Very helpful and also very friendly and attentive, especially the male driver.
Negatives:
Service at check-in. One of the employees wasn't that friendly or helpful. The person on duty just let me pay, gave me my key card and was done. No instructions whatsoever, like what room etc. Also asked for a wake up call and didn't get the call. So service of hotel personnel was pretty bad.
