Positives:
The location was convenient to our event. The staff were friendly. The bed was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
The entire hotel smelled like smoke and weed. My door lock was broken. The room smelled terrible. The outlets would not hold the cords. They literally fell out. The blow dryer didn't work. The pillows did not have cases on them. We had to request for some. The AC unit was loud and made a terrible clanging sound.

Property isn't very clean. Dirty q tips in the hall way. Bathroom had hairs in the shower from the previous guest
Also wasn't aware of a "deposit " charge before I even got to the property. Was told we had til 3 to cancel the room and I was charged $112 by noon . Not very professional when I asked about the charge

Arrived after 3pm...First room sent to was still being cleaned went to front desk sent to another room that was also still not ready.Could not get in room doorhandle broken. High touch surfaces that should have been cleaned were not. Curtains had burn holes and mold. Sink shot water all over counters. Bathroom ceiling over toilet had major water damage, visible mold,paint was bubbled peeling away falling to floor . Pictures posted online Did Not match hotel at all
