When we arrived for check in after 10:00 pm,
the room it smelled like dogs and had long dog hair all over the bed and furniture. There was dirt on bed. We did not feel comfortable sleeping in a dirty room and we had to rush to find a different hotel late at night.

Location was good, not too far from UNC where our daughter was graduating. Size of room was great and was able to accommodate 6 of us.
Negatives:
To start off, guest services were not at the front desk when we arrived, had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to check us in. I will say she was pleasant which helped ease my annoyance. Once we got our keys and headed to our room, all we could smell was someone smoking weed. The entrance, elevator and hallways wreaked of it. The floor in our room had not been swept, and the sinks were still nasty. The freezer worked but the fridge didn't. The setting was on the coldest but it didn't cool at all. Then when we went to check out, had to wait over 30 minutes again for someone to come to the front desk.

The place hasn't been cleaned in ages. Old food on the tables and floor, dust and dirt everywhere, sticky and dirty floors. Beds looked like someone died on them. Sheets dirty. One guest found Crack in her room and told everyone about it.
