Unexpectedly nice and we will...
Positives:
Liked the a/c and the condition of the room & bathroom as they were both clean. The staff were efficient, very helpful (especially during check-in) & unobtrusive. Its proximity to nearby places restaurants (Pizza Hut, Waffle House, McDonald's, Burger King, Dollar General, Taco Bell, Jersey Mikes, Circle K), highways as well as the cable, WIFI & finally the ease of check out (simply drop off the key in a basket at the check-in counter and you are done).
Negatives:
Simply put.... The "ODOR". The odor hits you as soon as walk into the guests' quarters building. It especially becomes prominent while walking towards your assigned room as well as within the room itself. Made me think the carpets needed shampooing & the walls wiped down with ammonia. It reeks of old, stale & musty cigarette smoke. Nor did I like the $100 hold on my card while staying there.
