Positives:
Quiet; located near good restaurants, shopping, and other services; nice-sized, well-designed hotel bathrooms; free hot breakfast
Negatives:
Poor housekeeping services. Upon check-in found the bed linens were soiled--faint stains and hair. (Ironically a printed post-it-note was affixed to bed’s headboard, indicating that: “Pillowcases, sheets, and bed cover are all clean & fresh"). Also, during one of the five days I stayed there, the room was not serviced at all. Although staff was apologetic and responded quickly to these situations, I have doubts about the integrity of housekeeping practices.
