It was close to Seymour AFB.

I reserved a king suite. The HVAC unit didn't work in the room. I didn't get a good night's sleep because it was hot and I tossed and turned all night. The next morning was chilly. We couldn't turn on the heat. No maint on duty. No refund/credit.

The hotel is dirty and in dire need of a major renovation. The couch in my room had a big hole, the blinds wouldnt open so the room was very dark during the day, elevator rug was dirty, room and walls were banged up and needed painting, etc

The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The check in employee was friendly and professional. Breakfast offered a good selection of food. When we travel, Home 2 Suites is our first choice of hotels. Once again, we were very pleased with our stay.

Staff were friendly, warm, and welcoming. For the most part, the hotel was clean.. Breakfast was the usual that you should expect.
Negatives:
unfortunately, after a very long drive, 7 hours and just wanting to sleep...when in the room, I peeled back the comforter/sheets on the bed only to reveal blood stains on the sheet that you're supposed to lay on. The room may have been given slight dusting but definitely was not clean nor hygienic. Fresh blood stains is unsanitary. The man at the front desk did provide me with sheets so I could change the sheets myself. Shame if it wasn't for this, I would have rated higher.
