My room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were good and offered hot options as well. I especially enjoyed the yogurt and toppings. The lobby offered a nice selection of snacks, beverages, wine and even beer on tap.

We could not use sofa bed we only had one bed
There were pee - poop stains on mattress very dirty! Pictures taken
There was no other room available to move us to so we all had to sleep in one bed which was hard as a brick and we had this room for 3 days. No one slept good or enjoyed the stay.

It wasn’t fancy, but they did nice touches that made the place feel like it should’ve cost more: decorations, free fresh baked cookies, CLEAN, towel art, and they even folded the toilet paper to look like a flower. Did I mention clean?!! Super friendly staff. I was definitely not expecting this service at this price range. Great.
Negatives:
The mattress wasn’t comfy and I would not say it was the quietest. Overall, not bad. Just ask to be away from the elevator.
