I don't know how old this hotel is, but it was very clean, the room was spacious and the breakfast was good. I like that it's close to a lot of restaurants and stores.

The location is good and the Manager ( a Lady) did her best to compliment the insult from one of the kitchen staff

Brake fast was included in my booking, so the second morning I went down to the restaurant to have my meal, when i got there, there were few egg hamlet left, and the lady at the kitchen brought fresh one, so I waited for her to put it down so I can take some. lo and behold the kitchen lady refused and she commanded me to take the leftover, and she simply retuned the egg hamlets back into the kitchen. I then said to her that I will have to report you to your manager, and she said" go now, that there is so much job vacancy around here, that if she is sacked she will get another job" I was shock to hear that. I reported to the manager and she promised to deal with it. honestly, I have never experience such attitude from any Hotel staff in the world.

The location is convenient to many restaurants and to High Point. However the renovation did not include sound proof windows so takeoff and landing noise remains a problem for a light sleeper.
