No ice was told they would make some. Arrived much later. Lounge chair was broke they replaced it with the same chair. They were to email my receipt. I have yet to get it. I asked to dpeak to the manager and only person at the desk didn't speak english.

Clean the room.Take an inventory of the room before renting it to make sure all amenities are there. Follow through with things. If you say you'll mail the invoice, do so. Article soiled with body liquids should be discarded.

Although this place was convenient for the location to attend local event in/around the area. There were cockroaches all around the hotel room we stayed in. (Including in the dishwasher, cabinets, behind the bed board etc.) Very unhygienic and an uncomfortable place to stay because of this. Although I understand every nook and crevice cannot be cleaned with a fine-tooth comb, when having a kitchenette in the hotel room, it is vital that it be thoroughly cleaned of crumbs/residue to prevent said issues.

THIS HOTEL HAS A COCKROACH INFESTATION! We moved to 3 different rooms in our 3 day stay there. Every room they switch use to had cockroaches! We went to eat @ Outback Steakhouse. Brought our left offers and roached crawled inside our bag.

I reserved a room from the road in Huntersville, a great location for North/South travelers. My friend helped me locate a room there on the fly.

They increased the charge for my pet. My friend found this hotel that advertised a pet for $25 a night. When I arrived at the location, they said they had tripled the pet rate. They said I needed to contact BOOKING.COM to help me. We had a disagreement as to who was responsible for the advertised rate on a third party site to drive business to their facility and upholding the online advertised price. I asked the girl at the desk to annul my charge and I refused to sign for it.

We like a full bathroom; shower and toilet were in one area; sink was in the bedroom. Lighting was very poor. Breakfast was the pits. HORRIBLE CHOCIES . . . Special K or Raisin Bran for cereal; no muffins or pastry; no yogurt. Very limited.
