After being in the room for a couple of hours, two guys came knocking on my door to tell me I had to vacate the hotel. They didn't even identify as employees. I told them I just got in, and they aggressively asked me to go to the front desk. There, I was told the credit card transaction didn't go through. They ran the card again, and payment went through.
This was a scary experience. I didn't know who the people at the door were. As a minimum, the should've identified themselves and act professionally. Better yet, how about calling my room and asking me to go down to the front desk.
To add insult to injury, the room was outdated and needed some serious renovation. Some of the lighting fixtures didn't even work.
For all the reasons above, but especially for their unprofessional behavior, this is one of the worst hotels I've been to. I don't recommend this horrible place to anyone.
