Better than I thought it would be. After reading some of the reviews I got worried but it is a nice hotel just not worth $175(including tax) a night. It is a decent 3 star hotel. Breakfast was good. Liked my room. Staff was nice.
Negatives:
Kitchen services is very limited in the evening. Based on reviews I was worried about my vehicle in the lot but there were no incidents during my stay.

First, the process of getting the shuttle from the airport was long and confusing. The front desk person didn't know when or if the shuttle would be coming that night. After being put on hold for a while they finally sent the shuttle. Then check in process was awful. I was told my reservation was cancelled because my credit card was declined. This wasn't true, there was no record of an attempted charge. It then took 30 minutes of standing at the front desk and repeatedly running my card before I was given keys to my room. I had to return to the front desk in the morning to confirm that I hadn't been over charged. None of the staff seemed concerned or apologetic for my experience. I come to Raleigh frequently for business and will never stay here again.
