Very good location just off I 95 with access to Lake Gaston - it was very nice that they accept pets as we travel with our two small dogs the rooms were renovated and very clean

The bathroom tub was dirty one bar of soap ask lady from housekeeping about soap and need towel she look lost

We was charged twice and the staff did not try to refund or accommodate we had to figure it out ourselves, the room key never works we have to keep changing every hour, there was a sewer smell coming out the bathroom, the room was dirty, there were stains on the sheets. It was the worse experience I had.

The location was great close to many restaurants and things to entertain .
Negatives:
I had 2 accessible room but 1 wasn’t accessible at all and second was but the interior was pretty outdated shower was was accessible but had cracks in floor. The sheets had stains. The outside of the hotel had trash basically all around the property and parking spots.
