Positives: Breakfast was great!! Staff was very helpful, kind and courteous. Hotel was clean.
Negatives: There was no cart available to place our luggage on at 6:30 in the morning. There is only three at this hotel. Front desk staff took a look on all the floors, none in the hallways. Need a policy to return to lobby within an hour or be charged a fee.

Positives: Don't know what the bad reviews are about? The place looked new and sparkling clean. Even the public restroom. We had room 300 and it was great. Everyone we made contact with was very pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and great variety.
