DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Unless you are a crackhead this is not the place for you. Sheets have blood stains and other stains all over them. They don't clean the rooms properly. And on my last stay the manager ensured me that I would get a refund because his staff came into my room and if I had not jumped up and slammed the door he would have seen me naked. I later received a message stating that they will not refund me my money because they looked at the cameras and he did not physically come all the way into my room. So in essence they stated I am lying about being terrified of someone coming in my room seeing me naked. I guess the only way they would give me a measly $80 back would be if he actually came in my room and closed the door behind him. They tried to make it as if there was several people coming in and out of my room when the only person that came out of my room was my sister. I am planning to sue and I hope that no one else has this experience!

Not quite what I anticipated according to the description. It should be listed as continental breakfast (ie cereal, milk, coffee, muffins, bagels and such) …..I expected hot food since “Breakfast Included” as a description in every other place I’ve stayed included such. The choices didn’t even include items for a continental breakfast. There were others things involving house keeping/environmental services but I’ll just stop now.

The bed was comfortable despite the small holes in the duvet cover. The waffle maker needs to be replaced so the waffle can cook all the way thru or thinner batter made available.

The room had been recently updated with new furnishings and bedding, which was nice. No dirty carpet on the floors - vinyl plank wood-look flooring. It had a very large bathroom and roll-in shower - which was great! Unfortunately, I was never up early enough to avail myself of the free breakfast. :-(
Negatives:
I stayed in a handicapped accessible room. While the bathroom was very large and easy to move around in, there were no grab bars around the toilet (there were in the shower), which I found quite odd and a bit irritating since I do need them. There were also some dental floss picks behind the ironing board on the floor that were missed when sweeping.
