The hotel was being renovated. There was a smell of wet paint. There is no a/c on the floors so it was musty smelling & hot. The smell in the room was musty & smelt of wet paint.

Paid extra to stay at a hotel with a pool and it was closed for maintenance issues. I was reassured several times before the trip that the pool would be open and it wasn’t. A little city of people was living behind the hotel. They had a grill and a picnic table. So strange. Staff was rude and seemed to not care we weren’t satisfied. Tried to get the manager to call me but never received a phone call.
