Negatives: Travel arrangements, including lodging, are managed by our operations department. Upon arrival at the location, I encountered a rude and racist receptionist. While a gentleman checking into his hotel room received a detailed explanation of his stay, facility amenities, and breakfast hours and costs, the receptionist provided minimal information to me. He only asked for my ID and payment card, without making eye contact or explaining any details. After swiping my card for a small transaction fee, he handed me the room key without further communication. I waited for confirmation of the successful transaction and a receipt, as required by my employer for business trip expenses. When the receptionist noticed my hesitation, he rolled his eyes and rudely asked if there was anything else. I politely asked for information about my stay, to which he responded with derogatory language and a dismissive attitude. This behavior was unacceptable and does not reflect well on your company. Feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, I avoided asking further questions and went straight to my room. Unfortunately, the room had an unpleasant odor resembling urine, and the linens were stained and had a foul smell. Due to the late hour and safety concerns, I decided to rest on the couch rather than search for a new hotel. The overall experience was disappointing and uncomfortable, and I felt unable to address these issues with the receptionist due to his demeaning behavior.

Negatives: The shower could have been cleaner and the walls in the bathroom were stained could stand a coat of paint or better scrubbing job.
