The rooms were 80 degrees and no option for air or fans so it was very uncomfortable to sleep. We had to prop the door open for cool air when we were awake.

There was never anyone at the desk. We had to wait a half hour(a long with others) to check in and never were able to physically check out as there was a long line and again no one at the desk

The beds were comfortable and clean. I like that there was a patio although it had lots of cigarette butts around the ground, like it hasnt been cleaned. The patio area did not look like photo. I was given a late check out which was helpful.

The location and price were good. They also have a really nice front entrance and breakfast area that give a warm kind comfy feel. The ladies that do housekeeping are awesome well the one I met. Because I kept getting lost and she was nice enough not to laugh at me and showed me the way so thank you your awesome. Looking forward to next time maybe I will try the casino if I feel lucky enough lol....

There were no employees working the breakfast area because things were out that needed to be refilled and could have been replaced. That does make a difference when traveling with kids. And the beds could have been a little softer or had more blankets or something for comfort.

The hotel staff was horrible from check in to asking for extra towels for a two person room and enough towels for one person. When asked to get more they werent sure if they had enough. They messed up my check in information and took forever to check in.

Most of the staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The rooms are very dated and dingy -clean but not well maintained- There was a musty smell when we first walked in. The cooling/heating unit was damaged. The shower curtain had hair on it. There was a nice courtyard but it was not in great shape.
