Breakfast was good and the room was good. Staff was friendly. Pool was not open due to cleaning but they communicated that to us right away.
Negatives:
I noticed a few spots on our sheets so that didn't feel too clean. When we wanted to check-in, they were so busy that they had a line and only one staff member working the front counter so we left and came back later when it was less busy. We were on a time crunch anyways.

I was told I could pay $25 to check in early, so we waited the hour until check in time. Then when we get there at 3, our room isn’t ready. Finally 45 minutes after they told us our room wasn’t ready they called housekeeping to find out it won’t be ready until 4:30. So why could I have paid $25 to check in early when my room wouldn’t be ready till 4:30? Then when we came back to check in at 5:30 I asked for a crib to be sent to our room. Finally at 8:30 I got a crib from elsewhere because after 3 hours I was done waiting for them to bring us one. Was not impressed with check in at all.

The room smelled a bit stale but we opened the window so that improved it somewhat.
Breakfast is only served to 9 am so we had to set an alarm to ensure we got there on time. Not an exactly relaxing start to the day!

Knowing my booking was unfortunately not refundable the front desk girl was so nice and honored the original price I booked for me to book the correct night even tho at the time I arrived the price was more then double
