Carpet smells like urine must be from the animals the hotel accepts.
I had my family of 4 and stated when booked. Only had 2 towels and two wash clothes. Called to let the front desk know and had to grab extra at the front desk.
The shower head barely works and not enough hot water.
The remote to the TV completely broken took a picture to prove why they never replaced after calling them. I guess they felt taping the remote will help.
I have a family of birds living in the HVAC unit and anytime I turned it on the birds went crazy.
Just waiting now to have breakfast to check out ASAP!

The room was dirty, the staff was unhelpful and the whole reason we booked the hotel was to let the kids swim, which we were unable to do until 7pm because the pool was “closed”… even though we called before booking to make sure it was available.

Beautiful property, room was very big and clean. The desk clerk was very friendly. Jacuzzi tub was great!
Negatives:
The only thing I was unhappy about was the bed. It was so hard and uncomfortable I barely slept. My back was so stiff and painful that we ended up leaving early in the morning.
