Woke up at 4:30 am to a Bed bug crawling next to me.my husband and I literally grabbed our things and had to drive home at 5:00 am. Ruined our date night. Hotel was not compassionate at all. It seems like they know there is an issue but it doesnt bother

The location was nice

We were checked into a dirty room and had to request a room change. We booked this hotel Christmas weekend for the kids to swim and the pool was closed for maintenece. We had 3 rooms of crying kids and the hotel offered us nothing!
