The best in Cleveland
Positives:
The location was perfect and located near many restaurants and a short drive to Cleveland. The facilities were modern, clean and inviting. The room had all the amenities.
Negatives:
Bed and pillows were not firm enough for our taste.Breakfast was only mediocre. Toilet was too low.

The staff and facilities were great.
Negatives:
The breakfast wasn't really good. They had breakfast sandwiches that were ok. The oatmeal was stiff one day and the next day watery. There wasn't a choice of bacon or potatoes on any day. Also our shower was not clean, Reggie offered to switch our room however we had already unloaded our groceries into the fridge and kitchenette and didn’t feel like packing everything back up so we stayed and I cleaned the shower.

The size of the suite was great. It was similar to a small apartment. Breakfast was good with a variety of options.
The kitchen had dishes and a dishwasher. Also, there was a full size refrigerator. There were 2 options for TV viewing, both in the living room area and also, in the bedroom. I had a very pleasant stay.
Negatives:
I didn't have any complaints whatsoever.

Positives:
Easy to locate, good neighborhood, big space for free parking, good simple breakfast. Big room, comfortable and warm. Clean common areas and room/bathroom. A bit pricey compared to other basic hotels but it seems to be in a pricey area so we can understand that. Reception people weren't that pleasant but not rude either - gave out complete info of the hotel facilities so that was helpful.
