No hot tub and pool water cold.

The room size was great

The pillows had yellow stains and the room had little ants everywhere. They said six people to my room. I had six people including myself and five kids. They callled me at 9:45 to put a deposit by 10:30 even though I did so when I first arrived. Bad stay!

Location- easy to get to, a short drive into the city. Restaurants were nearby.

Could use a deep cleaning. Our carpet had a stain. Beds were very firm, towels were scratchy not soft.

Hotel pool area was dirty and they didnt have water for about 5-6 hours while we were there. We had to wait until the following morning to be able to shower. Fire alarms kept going off

staff attentive very good breakfast - yogurt machine a good idea. very quiet

would love automatic main door openings grappling suitcases, etc. especially for older people can be hard and cumbersome.

The room was clean. The staff was very pleasant. The breakfast selections exceeded my husbands expectation and their was even almond milk, cereal and fruit that allowed me a vegan breakfast.
