This hotel needs to implode. Borderline clean. It's OLD. There's only so much you can do with the worn, dated decor and bathroom fixtures. My king bed had to be slept in the middle so you didn't roll off the sides! Holes and tears in the curtains, rusty towel bars. It's begging for a remodel.

The lock on my door didn't work right, there was construction in the room next door all week, staff never cleaned my room, my bed broke, I went to get a glass of water a bug came out into the glass I drank it and spit out the bug.
Negatives:
The room reeked of cigarette smoke despite being a nonsmoking room. The room was clean but the furnishings and bathroom were old and worn. The finish was coming off the tub, there were rust stains in the toilet. All the corners were crusty.

After I booked this hotel for 2 nights during the eclipse (because of the great value), I read the reviews which were not good! After we arrived, I could not believe how wrong they were!! Our room was very clean and newly updated! The staff couldn't be any nicer, and the gentleman serving the breakfast area kept everything filled and clean, also he was very personable! WE WILL RETURN!
