Could not stay there. No one at the counter for 20 minutes. Lobby couches had sheets covering them. Dirty, not presentable at all. We arrived and canceled before checking in. Went to another hotel. Nothing like the other Days inn wyndhams we’ve stayed at. Could not stay there. The facility is in bad shape.

the rooms had a funny smell dogs barking and guests yelling at the dogs rooms were not clean and very outdated the need a lot of work shower broke but they did repair it but if we were not staying two nights the shower would not have been an option

Some of the staff were very rude. We had issues with the air conditioning unit, & the maintenance had to switch out the entire system. Ants were able to get into the room from the crack from maintenance switching out the ac unit. The bathroom was disgusting making us feel like we couldn't even take a shower. They only gave us one roll of toilet paper. The tv remote didn't even have batteries, & when asked staff gave a snotty attitude. The microwave didn't have a turntable inside & it looked absolutely nasty like it hadn't been cleaned in months.

We are very simple people that believe that you get what you paid for. This place, by far, was the most overly, falsely represented from the lack of many common ammenities, photos of things that no longer exit. Terrible building, room, and dangerous area and neighborhood. It was a scary place to be.

Our first room was I’m assuming your storage room had pictures & mirrors everywhere so we had to go ask for another room! Then the second room we had had burn holes in the sheets & went to turn the shower on & the knob fell off! The carpet was all ripped up by the light & our remote to the tv was broken had to use the buttons in the tv. The phone to our room was broken couldn’t call the front desk to ask for WiFi password it wasn’t provided.
