My lady found bugs on her pajamas. There was an odd man, wad of tobacco in his mouth and boots on the table, in the lobby for several hours on Sunday.

Hotel needs some updating (mainly the pool and elevators). Parking lot is quite small but not terrible. The shower water takes forever to get hot.

Booked a "suite" with a description of 2 queens and sofa bed, full kitchen with dishwasher and full size refrigerator. We were told upon arrival no rooms exist and to contact booking.com. Our family did not fit and we were only offered another room for $120 after paying $220 for a room that didn't exist. So our only choice was to rent an extra room or send half the family away to stay with family 20 min away, as we were out of town for a family function. We chose to split up. We could not pay for 2 rooms. Very poor service and an overall disappointment. Hotel put all blame on Booking.com.

Location, staff friendliness, cleanliness, comfortable room with working fridge. Plus, the wooded area next door was great for bird and bunny watching while we had our morning coffee.

The Staff for our Check in was Great, Young gal - Super friendly - Helpful in our Recommendations of things to do , which we did make it to 'Jungle Jim's" 1st thing the next day - Wow, truly best tip ever before we headed to our final destination of Sporty's Airport/Shoppe & Museum.
Negatives:
But unfortunately sounded like someone had a child running around all Night. I thought they would stop after 10pm, 11pm, never did till after Midnight. The Gentleman at the front desk said he would check on it. After going back downstairs at 11pm - it turned out supposedly it was the GUESTS Below us, crazy or what? It definitely would have helped having a better night of rest - Better luck next time!
