Nice size room, clean and swimming pool.
Negatives:
Breakfast eggs were mush, no flavor and setup made it very hard to get to the eggs. Bathroom very small, had no hair dryer when it said it did, and they didn't restock the coffee, tea, hot chocolate in the room. But they did have waffles.

We booked our room several days in advance for just one night. We used Booking.com. ONE HOUR before check in I received an email telling me our reservation was cancel and reason given was late cancellation. Seeing how I did not cancel my reservation I called the hotel and was told that indeed my reservation had been cancelled because booking.com had overbooked them. The staff was unapologetic and didn’t even try to understand the inconvenience it caused for me and my family. We ended up having to rent from another hotel that was $100 more!

The location is convenient. Our room was nice and big.
Negatives:
Our room was dirty (shower curtains had hair on them, bed had hair on it. Pee dripping on the floor around toilet. Blood on one of the pillow and pillow case. When mentioning this issue to the manager (Jill), she had a bad attitude. She kept walking away as if she had more concerning things to do. Her boss did refund our money back for that night. I would never stay there again. Also breakfast choices are very limited.

The pool was little and not fit for little kids. The room they put us in had a door that opened up to another room and the people staying there were so loud.
