Negatives: The beds were uncomfortable. There were only two towels in the room. The pool area was overrun with unsupervised kids. .

Negatives: I did not like how people were smoking on the attached patio to the pool one person was smoking pot. the floors in the hallways had food debris all over. there was also debris out front and in the parking lot. The breakfast was a nice selection but did not like how the employees hovered over you as you were looking and restocking was not down like other hotels.

Negatives: Arrived there after driving through storms from Tennessee. Went to the reception desk. Girl there asked for our bank card. Gave it to her, instead of using it for the cost of the room first, she used it for the $50 security fee. Because of the extreme weather, we left enough to cover the room cost in the bank, and withdrew the rest of our cash from the bank in case of any emergency on the road. Because she used our card for the $50 security fee, when she tried to use the card for the room cost, it was declined for insufficient funds. The room cost was $93.00, but by taking tge $50 first, it only left $60 in our account thus causing the decline. I explained the weather situation and offered to gladly pay the security deposit, whether it be $50 or $100 in cash. This was at 8:00 pm on a stormy night. At that time of day, there was no place where I could deposit money into my account. We are Senior citizens, I am 68 years old, and my 63 year old wife does not drive. I had driven almost 400 miles through bad weather. I again asked the girl about paying whatever deposit is in cash. She said no and the circumstances are not relevant. I asked if I could go to the store and purchase a Visa gift card to use for the $50 security fee. Again I was told no, it has to be the same bank card used for the room fee and security fee. So I left without a room or any kind of human concern. She never even checked with anyone else. Being a Holiday weekend, I was forced to drive another 50 miles before finding another hotel room for the night north of Dayton. We have stayed at the LIVVIN Hotel on 2 prior occasions, without any issues. Really liked it there in the past ,and I always use booking.com wherever I travel to. The girl at LIVVIN told me that as long as I canceled the room through booking.com, I wouldn't be charged for the room. That is the other problem, because I could not get through to a booking.

Negatives: The shower in room 113 was a bitch sketchy

Negatives: I had an accident while on the property, and severely injured my left hand. A finger was completely dislocated, and another was badly jammed. Though the accident was witnessed by staff, at o time was I contacted by management. I wasn't even asked to file an incident report until 40 hours later. I still haven't herd from anyone of management, or above, and am currently securing legal counsel on my own.

Negatives: I don't have anything bad to say. Our visit was wonderful.
