The room was just what we needed, no more no less. In all honesty we slept thru breakfast So guess the beds were that comfortable, lol . What I really liked is the hotel was in walking distance to everything we did over our stay the Rock& Roll Hall of Fame, Dinner and a local Ghost Tour

When we got to the hotel it was 630. Our check in time was at 3. So our room should have been ready at 3 pm. We get to the hotel at 630 and our room was not ready. We had a rehearsal dinner to be at at 730. We still had to get ready for this dinner. We ended up having to get ready in the bathroom. I was very disappointed. We paid $250 for this stay and had to get ready for a rehearsal dinner in a public bathroom because when we arrived 3.5 hours after our room should have been ready it wasn’t. I’m very disappointed.

Room wasn't cleaned during our stay and there were a number of bugs in the room which meant we suffered a number of bites.

Positives:
The only positives I had were that the coffee pot worked and the room was clean.
Negatives:
It was dingy, tired, old, and I was double charged (my debit) at the hotel restaurant. The staff all acted like they didn't have time for questions or complaints. It's the worst Hilton stay that I have ever had. I'm ashamed to say that I'm a Hilton Honors member.

No amenities, had to join Hilton Honors to get WiFi. No spare toilet paper in the room. No hand towels. Long wait to be seated at expensive Breakfast buffet and $20 a day to park!

We stayed in the hotel evidently after a storm and there was a huge family staying too, pretty much took up pool, hot tub and weight room they were a bit loud and had all spaces used up

Pillows on bed felt like they were filled with newspaper or leaves. Air conditioner turned off and on every five min and ran for five min. Causing a loud clicking noise all night. It was too hot in the room to shut down and would not go into constant on to eliminate problem.
