Comfortable and relaxing

The people were very nice And helpful. The hotel was super clean. The area felt safe. When we go back to the area, we will stay in the same hotel, as It was perfect for our needs.
Negatives:
The coffee pot in the room exploded on me, I told the man at the front desk and he wrote it down. Im pretty sure that if it wouldve happened to someone else they would have threw a fit. Not only did Coffee spots get on my new shoes, but also my shirt and pants which I was wearing for the day to drive home. When I went downstairs and told the desk that there was a mess up there and I couldnt clean it up I explained what happened. He was very sympathetic.

I actually loved it. I live how deep the in suite whirlpool is and I love how small and intimate the swimming pool is. This one is a bit more expensive than my other options but I always choose this one anyway.

The hot tub by the pool. Please get it back and running!

Pool was not great and sad the hot tub was non functioning as that is why we chose that hotel for the kids. When a pool and hot tub are advertised, they should be satisfactory. The pool was freezing.

I would definitely book again if I ever make it back to Cleveland.. we traveled from Indiana and was pleasantly pleased

Staff were friendly and professional. In-house restaurant available for breakfast and dinner was very convenient and good quality.

A hot tub is an important part of my traveling regimen because I get very stiff and sore riding for hours. On the hotel website a spa is advertised, but in reality it wasn't working.

The Breakfast was great! The waiter was kind and so efficient

My shower was broken and I notified the front desk in the morning. They said they would send someone to service it, when I arrived back at 10pm the shower had not even been looked at to fix. I returned to the front desk and no offer was made to switch
