There is someone at the front desk all night, just in case you need any assistance. The complementary breakfast, was very nice. Most places only offer something like coffee, a muffin or cereal as breakfast. But this hotel had an entire buffet spread to choose from. The atmosphere of the entire hotel, felt very warm & inviting.

dutch hospitality with a smile
Positives:
The hotel was spectularly clean. The staff was amazingly friendly, and the breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel!
Negatives:
The only complaint I could possibly have is that the rooms could be soundproofed a little better. We could here the people walking in the room above us and the person in the room next to us.
