Didn’t stay for breakfast. The neighborhood was a little worriesome however we experienced no issues.
Desk person did recommend a pizza place which was very good.
Negatives:
All though the appearance was clean, I split some water and used a towel to clean the floor and it made the towel black with dirty. Also put next to garbage containers and smell was aweful when lots of rooms available.

Good rates, proximity to the sonic temple music festival. The rooms were in much better shape than the last time I stayed. I was even able to tailgate in the parking lot!

Free breakfast was a waste & didn’t have much to offer. Bathroom and shower was extremely outdated. Safe had not been reset for use.

I would have stayed the entire weekend there but the room was so disgusting, there was old French fries behind the bed that had been there for months it looked like, they was hard like a rock, the microwave looked like someone threw up in it, the door looked like it was kicked in with shoe prints on the door and the wood was just screwed down on the door frame, the bathroom was so nasty, it looked like it was barley cleaned, there was a tooth paste ring still in the shower, the shower looked like it never was cleaned, the only thing that looked clean was the towels.
Negatives:
There was nothing about that place that was clean. The service was easy to check in but not even worth 50 dollars to stay there. I would have been better off to drive back and forth home and back than to stay there.

The staff was amazing!!! Our AC wasn't working correctly the first day. They replaced it within hours with a new unit.
