Negatives: Unable to bring things to room on pallet.

Negatives: Ezekiel Gaines the property manager charges people a weekly rate of 350 that he pockets and doesn't even pay the electricity have you ever been to a hotel to stay and the electric went out for several hours due to non payment? Well I have also experienced the elevator malfunctioning and stopping midway to second floor, and the soft spots and heavy mold smell in the hotel was ridiculous I had to light sage just to take out the smell of the hotel. Breakfast was old and disgusting and all the staff except one had a nasty attitude, the gym was unusable they used it to store dogs that were housed in the banquet hall of the hotel with poop and piss all over the floors in the hall. This hotel was better then living in a car but not recommended for anyone with family kids morals. The staffs attitude was just nuts and also very limited access to the building one way in but you could use the side doors to exit not re enter due to safety concerns of the staff. May have something to so with how they take your money and if you make one complaint they will call the police and have you escorted off of the property.

Negatives: There was no breakfast ever the milk was expired when they did have it, the bagels had mold on them. They never had waffle mix for the waffle maker. The property manager charged me 350 that he pocketed when he gave me my receipt for leaving it stated 2 week stay when I had been there for over 21 days. The last straw was being kicked out of the hotel with 2 days left on our stay because I challenged the owner about the truth in what was going on with the hotel the electricity had been shut off customers who uses oxygen and had machines for their health also had to leave with no refund they were told that the key would work to their room until check out time. The security guard also was very abrasive saying people could leave if they wanted but no refund would be given. I recorded my interactions with Zeke Gaines the owner as I asked him when the electricity would be turned back on and if there would be any compensation he told me no, as I walked off he said there was an outage I let him know we had already called aep and they informed us that it was not an outage in that area at all. He then told me if I had a problem I could leave tomorrow and I asked why would I leave and not get any money back when he declared he would call the police I told him to call them because someone needed to know what was going on with the hotel. However there is no telling what he told the cops because when they csme they didn't want to hear any part of my side instead they told me because he wanted me off the property that I had to leave, I even have a video of the entire interaction because I felt like the management was shady.

Negatives: Front desk person had no customer service skills. Floor lamp had no shade or bulb. Lights between beds missing a bulb and shade missing the top nut to hold it, found it was unplugged. One bed had a king frame and box spring still in plastic bag.

Negatives: Staff seemed indifferent toward me

Negatives: I have never seen such a dirty hotel. The carpet in hallway walking to room was filthy. Once in the room my son noticed a large stain on his comforter and more stains on the carpet. Although smoke free, smelled like it had been smoked in. We did not stay
