Staybridge brand. Great bed & pillows. Full fridge.

Separate building from lobby. Entry into rms bldg sloppy-dirty. Inside bldg was good tho. waited for clean room-30 minutes at 4 pm. Staff regretful about it & courteous. No carts. No Ramps. Deadbolt in room didnt work. No ice machine.

Dirty towels/washclothes, room smelled like cigarettes, broken trim, empty vodka bottle, flossers, dirt, dusty vents, the main entrance was broken and left open for anyone to enter the hotel... The list goes on about how poorly managed this hotel was.

Room needs a deep clean. Found a dirty needle in the bathroom on the counter. Wouldnt recommend this hotel and will not return.

Unable to shower due to no hot water in Room 334. Barely warm. Unacceptable. Will never stay at this chain again. Morning breakfast was picked over at 8:00 AM.

Needs so much work. Falling apart! Freezer door seal hanging off. Refrigerator not cold at all. Missing bottom cover of dishwasher. Needs painted!

The staff at this location are always better than fantastic. So friendly. Sadly I did not get everyone's name but I have to mention (spelling may be incorrect). He was very helpful and extremely friendly. I will stay here my next visit to Columbus.

It's location which really isn't a complaint that can be addressed. The freeway is extremely noisy, but it is what it is.
