The manager said that the night shift clerk forgot to set our wake up call for my son wrestling tournament that next morning. We would like some of our money back , that is why we booked the hotel stay.

The hotel offers free breakfast but there is a sign you are not allowed to bring it to your room.

Horrible facility. Rooms are outdated. Light didn't work. Lock was broken. Bathroom shower dripped all night and didn't drain properly. People were running all night through the halls and we got no sleep.

Our room was across the hall from the breakfast room. There were 6 people in the breakfast room, playing cards at the tables until 3 a.m. They were loud and obnoxious. I tried calling the office numerous times to tell them to keep it down, but they wouldn't answer the phone. The bedside lamp didn't work, and the front desk clerk said they had another one on order. The other lamps bulb was burnt out.. I asked for another light bulb, and it fixed the problem

Being charged twice for a room and still not being refunded for that and keep hearing oh, it will fall off, it will fall off, and then when it actually showed his completed, they didn't believe me and don't want to give me my money back from and it was the property that charged me twice, so I wouldn't recommend staying there at all. It has been since the ninth of March and I'm still waiting for my money back.

I arrived and was charged over the amount that was supposed to be charged! The lady was rude and had no interest in helping bc she knew I was there for my sons wrestling tournament in the morning so I felt like she knew we had no other choice but to stay!

I was told our room was 85.00 and they charged me 125.00 once I got to the property and had no explanation to why I was charged that they blamed it on booking.com

The staff wasnt very friendly. The breakfast was awful. Someone was running up and down the halls on the second floor until around 3 am. The shower was terrible. One of the lamps in our room and the switch broken off and couldnt be used.
