Negatives: Booking.com promised what they couldn't deliver. Due to back injuries, I can't sleep in a flat bed. Booking.com informed me by email that we would have a recliner, which the hotel doesn't have. Same email listed us for 3 rooms. Only 2 were booked. La Quinta very good. Booking.com not reliable.
